Hailing from Florida and currently residing in Arizona, Shua's passion for electronica set sail in the early 90's. After watching in admiration for several years he decided to move from the dance floor to the decks in 96. Shortly after, he took over And The Beat Goes On, Tallahassee's premiere underground record store. With residencies at The Louvre and The Underground Cafe, Shua quickly made a name for himself bringing to the masses anything with a broken beat.

After taking Tallahassee for a spin, Shua migrated down to Tampa where he started devastating dance floors all over the infamous Ybor city. Many a night were spent rocking the strip till close, then moving on to the after hours spots to keep the asses moving till the wee hours of the morning. Although he was at home in Florida, the land of breaks, Shua decided he wanted to journey out west and see how the other side of the country was doing things.

Stopping off first in New Mexico, Shua brought a whole new sound to the area. Knowing nothing but house music, New Mexican party goers were awe struck by the pounding bass lines brought to decks when Shua jumped on. Although ripping up residencies at The Martini Lounge and Brewsters in the short year he was out there, it was time to move yet again.

Arizona, Shua's latest stop, has welcomed him with open arms. Switching it up a bit, Shua has been orchestrating the dancers in the event scene more so then the clubs...although he and his cohorts at IBB have spearheaded two successful weeklies, B-sides and Reborn, in Tempe and Scottsdale.

Even though Shua's roots are deeply embedded in all walks of breakbeat, he is currently expanding his horizons by integrating house and drum n' bass into his signature sound. Now recognized all over the country for his seamless mixes and impeccable programming, Shua is constantly evolving to that next level. Pleasing dancers and dj's alike, Shua will continue to bring the funk to the floor for ages to come.
