Good catch... the track is So Strong by Meck, and the melody comes from the 1994 release from O.T. Quartet titled Hold that sucker down. I believe there was a trance re-release in the late 90's

I have listened Electronic Moonlight 01,02,03 and 04. They are all great. What is the track around 31 mins, it sounds familar, possibly a track in the late 90s?

Wow, wicked set, Tim! I haven't listened to most of these tunes before so it was nice to listen to you put them together so seamlessly. Haven't heard breaks this good in some time now. Great job, man! :-)
