Welcome to my sanctuary...of house. I play almost exclusively new music . I bounce between electro, tribal, tech and Progressive and I don't follow any particular rules yet I seem to have developed a style and format that embodies the Club Tales Series. you can here me on sirius/xm thursday and sunday nights on channel:AREA. Generally my mixes are layered builds, always bumpin strong by the end of the session. I regularly lean into what I explore/define as desert music-this is a [VERY] big sound-and I pursue it the hard way. I don't play hits, I search for obscure tracks, many less than weeks old and am not tracking anyone's top 10 lists and I love to rip old classics. As a result, there's this blend of risk and richness that emerges.
The desire not to compromise involves the deliberate decision to pursue the "hard way", to constantly educate and cajole and sometimes bluster and bluff the others in this Deejay game. The prize is fresh, daring, unexpected and sometimes truly amazing. Sometimes...not so amazing and you always seem to tell me. Please pass on my mixes. And tell your friends. My goal is to turn 35,000 downloads a month into 100,000.
I'm available to play....
mixing for LIFE!
