Bought my first set up hen I was 13 & still learning!.
Style: 0 - Deep/Funky/Tribal/Soulful House
Influences: I always had an interest in 'dance' music while I was growing up although I emphasise the word ' dance' because I grew up during a time when every almost every song was considered a dance track - This period of time I refer to was, of course, the 90's! There were other artists making their mark at that time too such as Nirvana, Guns n' Roses, Oasis, Radiohead, Blur, Rage .....etc, but it was 4/4 that grabbed my attention! My interest in house was born when I heard Frankie Knuckles' remix of 'Rock with you'. For me, this had to be the classiest MJ rework. There were alot of cheezy tracks that I worshiped during the earlier years (The 90's was full of them!) but I generally go for anything that stimulates my musical imagination!Oh, did I mention 'To Be In Love' by M.A.W.?
Shows / Residencies: Worked with abc Power 104(Waterord) many moons ago before it ceased broadcasting in 2001 (R.I.P)
