DJ, PROMOTER, PART TIME PRODUCER, BUM.

Promoter and resident at Jungle Nation (Est. 97), Playground, Hot n Spicy & Block Rocking Beats and resident at Fruit Salad, Rotation, Twisted Disco, Manga & MeFM. Have promoted and been resident at previous nights such as Slamfunk, Warhead, Horizons, Seizure, Voyager, Regression, Origin, Incite, In Yer Face, TNT, Bodyrock and Plexus Got into djing after clubbing and raving around the UK in the early nineties. Was into the early rave breakbeat sound. After the split from the happy side of the genre, I followed the jungle route. Not much in the way of jungle in Aberdeen so started my own nights. It all progressed from there, started Jungle Nation in Feb 1997 and it is now one of the longest running dnb club events in the UK. Below are some the artists that I have promoted and played alongside. Currently trying to kickstart my production career after many many attempts with various producers.

As you may have guessed from the type of artists that I have played alongside I am not strictly just a dnb dj. I play a bit of everything from hip hop, old skool, house, 80's pop, rock, electro, techno,desi and bhangra. I have been in a few dj competions over the years. Mainly at the start of my djing, I won a few, lost a few. However the highlight was the inaugral DMC team finals with the Superdoers which consisted of DJ A'La Fu, myself and DJ Gogz...we didnt place but it was a memorable experience. Scratch Pervets, Mixologists and the Enforcers were in the competition as well.

I have played on various radio stations, pirate, legal and net. These include Culture FM, MeFM, Fresh Air Fm, Dilated Radio, BBC Asian Network, Northsound Radio and Radio Magnetic. I currently have a Jungle Nation show on MeFM which I co host with Davy. Also have Hot n Spicy show and a Regression Old Skool show.

My main goal is to produce tunes on a regular basis, I have collaborated with many artists over the years but I think it's high time I took control and concentrate on doing it myself. Many thanks to Sven, Dj Glide, S.I.R, Nil Munny, Biomechanoid who have helped me over the years with music production especially Dj Glide. Hopefully I can put it to some good use.
