Take nine years of DJ’ing all over Wisconsin, and add five years of production and remixing and you get DJ Shane V!
For nine years, Shane V! has been tearing through WI with his energetic and often spontaneous and spastic live sets. Applauded for the energy he puts into every performance, it is no doubt why his popularity has only increased. He delights many (and makes the women moist) with every track he drops.
Shane V!’s musical interests are of a broad spectrum. With a laundry list of over 50 mix cds ranging in every style under the sun, including drum n bass, trance, breaks and house, he is not afraid to experiment. Although he currently has a passion for driving house and UK breaks, he isn’t afraid to mix it up. His sets have often gone from house to breaks to progressive to trance all within one hour.
After becoming frustrated over the static scene, he took a few years off and concentrated on production and remixing. In the past 5 years Shane V! has completed remixes for BT, The Prodigy, Daft Punk, The Chemical Brothers, DJ Dan, Richard [Humpty] Vission, Bedrock and Elite Force, not to mention releasing 3 original songs. He is currently hard at work doing remixes for BT, Jason Dunne, and Summer Channel, along with more of his own original productions.
He came back to DJ’ing in late 2006, and it was like nothing ever stopped. Every track in every set was and is still as spastic as ever.
Currently residing in the Superior/Duluth area, he is ready to bring his unique flavor to a new audience.
