Originally from San Francisco Chris Domingo got an early start DJ’ing in 1986. He then landed an assistant engineering job in 1990. That’s when Chris met Raul “DJ EXF” Recinos whom helped Chris to release his first record in 1990. Continuing his engineering he moved to Florida in 1991. He continued to study at various engineering schools. Chris arrived back in EDM in 1996. He co-founded db Records and spawned the production group, ‘Loveclub.’ In 1996 he released a record titled, “Journey.” First distributed in the U.S. , the record somehow found its way to the U. K. A huge buzz was out on the record and a bidding war for licensing began. The record was eventually signed to Platipus Records in England . “Journey” has been licensed to over 15 mix CD compilations and was charted in Update by Global Dj’s. The record catapulted Chris into a full on Dj/Producer. After its England release he toured for 2 years all over America and abroad. After touring he hit the studio to produce more tracks. To date Chris has done original/re-mixes for: Platipus , Limbo ,Sperm , Kickin’, Hi-Rise, Future, Paragon, EBM , Breaks Collective, and Future Shock . After his mainstay in the dance scene Chris went on to other musical styles producing two radio-pop bands. Both bands made it to mainstream radio and were being played all over America. After producing, and engineering two full length albums, he took a two year hiatus from the EDM scene to work on his sound. It’s 2003 and Chris has returned to the scene with a deeper, edgier, and more mature sound. Fresh out of the gates Chris has managed to sign his new tracks to reputable labels like: Teknology , Baroque ( BozBoz-Quivver’s Label ), and Limbo. As well as producing records, Chris is also an accomplished Engineer. He is one of the most sought after engineers in Central Florida , known for his unique sound and creativity. Editing credits include: Seal ( Warner Brothers ), Paul Oakenfold ( Maverick ), and Brother Brown ( Yoshitoshi ). He currently teaches Audio-Post Production/SFX for movies at Full Sail Recording School and continues to master music for various
